Endurance Days:Coaches will ask members to maintain their level of activity in a manner where each member is responsible for pacing themselves. Members will use lower weights when loaded or simply one’s own body weight, and test endurance by continuing exercises for an extended period of time. Heart rates will be consistently elevated for longer periods on endurance days.

Strength Days:These days are aimed at helping members gain more muscle mass. To achieve this, strength days will require members to load more weight and participate in movements that are slower and more controlled. 

Power Days: These sessions are filled with more plyometric and explosive movements. Plyometrics are used to gain athletic stamina but also allow the member to achieve elevated heart rates and muscle mass production. While members will still be loaded, loads will be lighter as the goal is to get your feet off the ground for a majority of the exercises.
